Iowa State women’s basketball senior Toccara Ross will have her right knee scoped on Friday by Dr. Tom Greenwald.
During practice, Ross’ knee has been catching and swelling. The surgery will be used to find out what is causing the problems. Ross had surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in the same knee last January and was cleared to practice with the team before preseason began.
Ross will miss 3-6 weeks depending on what is found.
